Shape and Line Design Pattern
(10 points each)
You first decided on one or two shapes (Example: a Christmas tree, a heart, a snowman). On a 12x12” paper you traced your shape(s) several times so that they covered the entire paper and most of them were overlapping one another.
Once your shapes were all neatly traced, you created interesting patterns using a variety of small lines inside all of your original shapes and all the new spaces you created by overlapping the shapes. After all your patterns were drawn in pencil you traced all your lines with a black Sharpie marker.
You colored your design and background in neatly using colored pencil.
The overall look and appearance of the artwork and the time and effort you put into your work.
